On the residential side, we close between 750 and 1,000 purchases and refinances each year for families and individuals. Our highly trained staff conducts title examinations and prepares many of the closing documents, allowing our attorneys to focus on any problem areas to insure that each transaction is closed promptly and professionally.
Our Law Firm also handles the preparation of documents for seller-financed transactions, including where the seller obtains a note and mortgage from the buyer, or sells the property by way of a contract for deed.
