JOSHUA M. HENDERSON, (also licensed in North Carolina) - Graduate of Spartanburg High School in 1988, Davidson College (magna cum laude) in 1992 and University of South Carolina School of Law (magna cum laude) in 1995. While in law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and Order of the Coif. His law review article, “Buyout Remedy for Oppressed Minority Shareholders” 47 S.C.L. Rev. 195 (1995) was cited as persuasive authority in the South Carolina Court of Appeals’ case, Kiriakides v. Atlas Food Systems and Services, Inc., 527 S.E.2d 371 (S.C. Ct. App. 2000). 

Josh resides in Spartanburg with his wife and 2 children, and is a member of Hope Point Community Church, where he teaches third-grade Sunday School. Member of Board of Directors for Rice Bowls www.ricebowls.org and Rebirth East St. Louis. www.rebirtheaststlouis.org
