George "Buck" Brandt, III

George “Buck” Brandt, III has practiced law in Spartanburg, SC since 1975, helping thousands of people navigate the legal system successfully. A graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Brandt is a versatile attorney with a diverse practice. His practice focuses on real estate work, plaintiff’s cases, and probate matters, as well as other general litigation in real estate and non-real estate matters.

Brandt has been married to Mary Nell for 48 years, and they have four adult children and six grandchildren. Outside of his law practice, he serves on the board for Ballet Spartanburg, First Citizens Bank advisory board and is President of Artists Collective Spartanburg. He has also served as a trustee for the Spartanburg County Museum of Art, is a member of Episcopal Church of the Advent, and is a prolific artist in his own right.
